Shipping policy

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We ship our products by USPS (2-3 days priority mail) or UPS. 

The owner is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping; such claims must be addressed to the shipping carrier.

SKST does not enter personal information for customers and cannot be held accountable for sending items to incorrect addresses listed on record. The owner will not cover the cost of replacing items lost due to inaccurate address details. Furthermore, SKST will not re-ship items to invalid or incorrect addresses that result in returns.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please note that delivery dates and estimates are not guaranteed. Suga Kandy Sweet Treats (SKST) denies any liability or responsibility, and the buyer agrees to not hold the seller liable for late or undelivered products. The buyer is not entitled to delay or refuse delivery or acceptance.

All sales are final with no refunds.
